This flower garden is located at the side of the inner moat which I referred on my previous post, "Inner Moat at Hamarikyu Gardens".
North part of Hamarikyu Gardens,including this flower garden, was developed in Meiji era as gardens
You can enjoy flowers in all season at the garden.
